We love snow!
Okay, so snow isn't the most fun when it makes the roads really bad, but it's super fun when it allows us the opportunity to do so much playing.
Aubrey and Benjamin both enjoy being outside. Benjamin likes to be dragged around in his sled. Aubrey loves to do just about anything in it.
Yesterday during the bulk of the snow dad and Aubrey built a really fun fort with her snow brick-maker while I shoveled. Then we built a sledding hill off the steps of our deck. That was fun.
Today we walked down to the sledding hill. Note to self: walking in 8" of snow towing 2 kids (1 each) to the hill (1/4 mile each way)--BAD IDEA! So tiring for the parents!
However, the reward of being there was worth it. Aubrey does a great job going down the hill then bringing her own sled back up the hill. Benjamin also enjoyed going down solo (small side hill) and with mom and dad on the big hill!
We are all a little sore and tired. We'll need a nap before round 2 this afternoon.
