Brookfield Zoo
The kids and I spent yesterday at the Brookfield Zoo with Vicki, Grace, and Emma.
Everyone had such a great time. When we first arrived, we spent the 1st 45 min- hour in the Hamill Family Play Zoo. There the girls got to be part of a Ladybug release. They had 4,500 + ladybugs that needed released back into habitat. That's A LOT of lady bugs!
They also had a great time painting their faces.
From there we voyaged out to see all the animals. Aubrey had her list that she wanted to see. The tiger was definitely one of the top expectations of the day. Sure enough- he wasn't out! Aubrey was pretty disappointed but had a blast regardless.
